How to Order add-on Surgical Guide

Enter Patient Details Navigate to our order submission page, and fill out the required fields for patient information (name, contact, and medical history if relevant). Please double check spelling and contact info to avoid delays. Upload Scan(s) Upload the intraoral scan(s) (STL files) and any relevant DICOM data through the file upload section. Ensure the scans are high quality for accurate guide production.

Select Implant System On the form, choose your implant system from the dropdown menu (Add-on implant). For custom systems, select “Other” and provide details in the text box provided. Indicate Implant Positions Enter the implant positions (tooth number) and any special requirements in the section on the form. Additional Considerations Specify aunty concerns about bone density, soft tissue, or other anatomical factors in the “Additional Notes” section of the form.

Choose Guide Type Select the type of guide you require: Tooth-supported guide Mucosa supported guide Bone-supported guide (for full-arch cases) Sleeve Options Choose between metal sleeves or a sleeveless design based on your preference and implant system. Additional Requests Specify any additional surgical tool preferences or kit compatibility in the designated field(s).

Receive Digital Guide Design Once you submit your order, we will create a virtual guide design for your review; (you’ll receive an email.) Approve or Request Modifications Review the virtual design carefully. Once satisfied, please let us know by replying to the email received.

Delivery Time Frame Your custom surgical guide will be ready within 5-7 business days after design approval. If you require expedited services, please indicate this during the order submission process.
